Echoes · Residue · Traces / Group Exhibition
–
Opening Times Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm
Some things have already occurred, yet have not disappeared. They continue to operate within memory, the body, and the environment in the form of echoes, residues, or traces.
Echoes · Residue · Traces is a group exhibition bringing together artists from diverse national and cultural backgrounds. Through moving image, installation, painting, and photography, the exhibition presents intersections and divergences across different artistic approaches. The works engage with presences that cannot be entirely erased — the remnants of history, the repetition of experience, and the imprints left by time. These elements may appear faint, fragmented, or elusive, yet they persist between appearance and disappearance, continuously activated, rewritten, or misread at both individual and collective levels.
Across different media and visual languages, “echo,” “residue,” and “trace” function not only as themes but as methods — ways of approaching perception, memory, and representation. The exhibition seeks to establish connections between bodily experience, spatial memory, and broader social contexts, allowing diverse perspectives to enter into dialogue within a shared space.
